  Nice little diner with tons of old time charm. Friendly staff, good food, great prices. Love places like this. Only downside is cash only so be prepared for that.

  Love it here, but you need to know what to expect. It's not fancy, or the worlds most exotic food, but it is cheap and fast and (imo) pretty good. They only take cash, but it's so affordable that I don't mind.

  Absolutely the best place to grab food in the city. They have all day breakfast And free coffee refills which is a plus and the prices aren't high at all. Staff are very friendly and the wait time is never that long. Would recommend.

  Lumberjack breakfast with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, toast, and hashbrowns for 7.99! Coffee is extra but is an endless (and often) refill from friendly staff. Short wait on food too given that every table was full on a Sunday morning. Too much food for you? Standard breakfast is just 4.99. Gotta check this historic gem out!

  I have been to the Ardmore a million times, and will be back a million more. I have tried almost everything on the menu, and they only hit home runs. Prices are reasonable across the board. By far the best diner in Halifax.
