  Began placing my groceries on the belt.The clerk asked if I had 12 or less items as I was at a 1 to 12 register.I did a quick count and said I did as long as the 4 for 6$ baby food counted as one.I had four of those.She said"no" they are individual and told me to leave the till.I removed the items and went to the register next to hers.No other customers came to her register until I was paying for my order .This lady should be working in the back office away from customers.I was too upset to take notice of her name but did tell the lady that rang my items through the problem...her name was monica 279...she would know the ladies name as she was right beside us.I hope your customers don't go elsewhere because of this awful brand ambassador.

  Poor layout, fruit is often green. Good variety of items however. Superstore can't decide if it's a grocery store or Wal-Mart.

  I think all superstores should have 1 "roamer " just walk around looking to help people find things. When they are not busy help someone stock shelves. I k ow it would make my visit easier.

  I like this Superstore, and it's convenient with the full pharmacy in it. The pharmacists are great, especially Renee, who is always super helpful. He was even there a few weeks ago in a crazy white-out snowstorm, when there was only about two other employees in the storm! They're lucky to have him!
