  Ok so I don't review places often so this should tell you something. This place is special. No question. Impeccable service by Keith, drinks and food paired very handily by this amazing server. Atmosphere is off the hook. Just a unique experience all around.

  The atmosphere was excellent as was the front of house staff. We were not knocked over by the food however. Although the steaks were done perfectly, one had way too much salt to finish. The market vegetables were much too sweet. The potatoes were lovely.
  
  Sometimes adding too many flavors to food can be a detriment and the taste and texture is lost.

  My husband and I dined at The Cut the food was amazing the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave me their recipe for the ceaser dressing.I would highly recommend.

  Very eloquent, classic steakhouse experience. Service is fantastic and 3 steps ahead at all times. The beef is all quality dry aged and vast in options for local/grass-fed beef. The sides are all great independently but also go well with the beef. Great wine selection. Overall a great dining experience, and worth the price.

  My husband and I had our first visit to The Cut this evening and we absolutely enjoyed it! The food was delicious, presentation was lovely and the staff were great! I highly recommend for a fancy night out and a great steak!
