  The owner for one... But honestly you think your walking into an old diner and then bam the atmosphere and staff quickly alter your perception. Then you glance at the menu and you feel like your at a chic downtown establishment. The food is as good as it's sounds and is worth every penny... Put this place on your bucket list.   Tried the milkshakes and loved then, and normally I hate milkshakes. Can't remember what I ordered as it was a few years ago but I remember all four of us having a great time and loving the food.

  Been meaning to get here for some time and finally made it. This is a popular spot and when I have come before it has been too crowded. This time was different. My Brother and I had hoped to get their special burger for Burger Week but it did not start to 2 PM. While that was a logistical oversight on our part the food at the Armview did not disappoint. We had a simple breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast. It was delivered quickly and was a big portion. I believe it was only $7 as well. Great value for money. Others at the table got a homemade a burger and a eggs Benedict with salmon. Very nice! Will be back to try their big menu. Lots on their to sample!
