  We have relied on No Frills for many years for our grocery needs. Recently we have found a sharp decline at the Spryfield location as the the amount and type of meat and fish sold fresh. The shelves are almost always bare and lack any sort of selection. Fish is almost always frozen bag fish and rarely do we see anything more than chicken thighs. The store overall us clean and full of great products however we are having to complete two trips for our grocery needs. As a family if four who loves your store and want to spend money at your location, please work to improve your meat and fish departments.

  Price is very reasonable compared to Sobeys. Lines are usually pretty short at the till.

  Really great weekly deals. Always has very fresh produce. Always have a Looney handy to rent a cart if you need one.
