  Walking in with nobody at the country is a bad experience. I'm in the take out section, so obviously time is important. The fact there is bell right on the counter should have lowered my expectations. Food great though, so what you gonna do?

  I have only done pick-up from this location and have never had problems. Service time is excellent, quality of the food was superb (highly recommend the wings/back ribs combos) and finally, staff were always very friendly and efficient.

  I usually love Swiss Chalet. However I find this location leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Went to order off the menu was told that my first 3 picks weren't available, they kept on offering me the same "other option" over and over. Asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was told they were too busy to talk to me.
  I ended up having to wait through my kids eating thier meals, and myself & my husband leaving having eaten nothing. (My husband opted not to eat when it was determined that there was nothing available that I would enjoy). (They said they were out of kaiser rolls, wraps, white meat, most of their salad options, to name but a few of the long list of things they "didn't have"). If you want Swiss Chalet, I would recommend you go to another location.
