  AMAZING ramen and delicious sushi. We stopped in for our first lunch and were so pleasantly surprised. Small, local restaurants can be so hit and miss but this was definitely a hit. For a reasonable lunch price we had delicious food and an extremely helpful and friendly server. She guided us on our ramen choices based on her experience with the food and asked us questions to get an idea of what type of broth or spice level we might like. It was far beyond your typical, "People usually order the burger, so I hear it's good" which was nice because frankly we didn't have tons of experience with different ramen dishes.
  
  Can easily recommend to anyone in the nearby area. A wonderful little spot that really punches above its weight.

  First time visit. Went for the legendary Raman and was not disappointed - - seriously amazing! The pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Very reasonable portion for the price. We had only stopped in for just a moment to order take out but the staff were wonderful-- very welcoming and gracious. We will definitely back!

  First-time goer, great staff, and even better food! First time I ever had real Japanese ramen and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They serve very good portions for the price, and it's very tasty and well presented. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

  This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Halifax. Back in 2013 I started trying out many new restaurants in Halifax. In the end, for sushi at least, this is the one I always go with. The staff are all very nice and you can clearly see that they are working diligently, the ramen is delicious and the sushi is always fantastic. I've tried many of the sushi restaurants around town and while there are some great one around, this is the only that's always been consistent. The chefs there are very experienced and are always offering new rolls to try. The overall atmosphere in the restaurant is always very quiet and calm despite it's continuous success.
  I always look forward to going to Taco Sushi and will continue to support them.
