The service can use some improvement.
We walked in an hour before they closed and they closed the sandwich bar and didn't have half the things we want. Worst of all there is no sorry or please when helping.

I always get a very tasty drink whenever I stop at a Tims. Also, if there ever is an issue, the staff is always very helpful correcting it.

Service is sometimes slow, don't appreciate waiting longer because the complete staff has to go look at the dog in the drive thru while on my 15 minute break.
